Studio Solutions uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information and does not release it to any outside organization. Here are a few examples of the measures we take to ensure your credit card security:

Our internet commerce system automatically switches to secure mode before you enter your Credit Card details, and your Credit Card Information is protected with Netscape's SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. SSL is the current standard for Internet commerce. StudioSolution.ie is committed to our customers' security, and will continue to offer the highest levels of protection for your credit card transactions.

How does Studio Solutions protect my privacy?

Your Privacy
We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to one of our newsletters, we may occasionally update you via email of special opportunities. We may also contact you if you have entered one of our contests or sweepstakes. If you choose not to receive updates when you enter a contest or sweepstakes, it will not affect your chances of winning.

We may share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with our marketing partners, advertisers or other third-parties for research purposes. In other words, we will not tell our marketing partners that you purchased a specific product, but we may tell them how many customers purchased that product.

Studio Solutions uses the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card information. You can place your orders using Netscape's SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions).

Your order information and purchase history are protected by a password that you set. If you forget your password, we will first verify your identity and then email your password to the email address you have listed in your Studiosolutions.ie account.

Changes to our Policy
Our Policy is intended to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. If policy changes are substantial, we will notify our customers via email. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes.

Credit Cards: We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.
Cheques: Please be sure to write your order number on the cheque. Orders will not be processed until the cheque clears with our bank.
International Money orders (It must be an international money order in Euro): Please be sure to write your order number on the money order. Please make all cheque/money orders payable to Studio Solutions

Taxes and customs duties
Customs duties and taxes
Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Studiosolutions.ie's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Customs sticker
Studiosolutions.ie is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-Ireland shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.

VAT
A Value Added Tax (VAT) may be applied to certain items shipped to a European destination. The total VAT charges (if any) will be calculated for you before you place your order.

How do I return an item?
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Studiosolutions.ie merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). If an exchange is required on any Studiosolutions.ie products, we are happy to oblige however shipping costs both to and from Studio Solutions must be paid by the customer.

Your order number
The title(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return


Please Note: Be sure to send your return via an insured carrier. Studio Solutions is not responsible for lost returns.

What do I do if there are damaged or defective items?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us using our Contact Studiosolutions.ie page. In your message, be sure to include:
Your order number
The title(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return


Also, please specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. We will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

I returned an item. When will I receive my credit?
Please allow 4 weeks for domestic (Ireland) returns to be processed, or 4 to 6 weeks for all overseas returns. If you do not receive credit for your return within the time frames shown above, please trace your return shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you shipped the package. If the tracking information indicates that Studio Solutions has received the package, please notify us using our Contact Studiosolutions.ie page. Be sure to include your order number in your message. Studio Solutions is not responsible for lost returns.
